Services Provided<\/h3><p>We offer professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>Residential Cleaning<\/li><li>Commercial Cleaning<\/li><li>Light Cleaning<\/li><li>Standard Cleaning<\/li><li>Deep Cleaning<\/li><li>Move-In\/Move-Out Cleaning<\/li><li>Short-Term Rental (Airbnb) Cleaning<\/li><\/ul><p>Services are provided based on availability and client requirements.<\/p><hr \/><h3>3. Booking and Payments<\/h3><ul><li>All bookings must be made in advance via phone at <strong>+1 (404) 902-3510<\/strong> or email at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@3tcleaning.xyz\">info@3tcleaning.xyz<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.<\/li><li>We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.<\/li><li>A deposit may be required for large or recurring cleaning contracts.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>4. Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling<\/h3><ul><li>Clients must provide at least <strong>24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> for cancellations or rescheduling.<\/li><li>Cancellations made with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.<\/li><li>If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, a <strong>full-service charge<\/strong> may apply.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>5. Satisfaction Guarantee<\/h3><ul><li>If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of the cleaning.<\/li><li>We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>6. Liability &amp; Damages<\/h3><ul><li>While we take utmost care in our work, <strong>3T Cleaning LLC<\/strong> is not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items.<\/li><li>Clients must inform us in advance of any delicate or high-value items that require special care.<\/li><li>Any damage claims must be reported within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of the cleaning service.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>7. Access to Property<\/h3><ul><li>Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.<\/li><li>If we are unable to enter the property, the client may be charged the full service fee.<\/li><li>We recommend clients store valuables securely before the cleaning session.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>8. Health &amp; Safety<\/h3><ul><li>Our staff follows strict safety and hygiene protocols.<\/li><li>Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions in their property.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary environments.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>9. Privacy Policy<\/h3><ul><li>We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties.<\/li><li>Client information is used solely for communication and service purposes.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>10.
