Non-Refundable Situations<\/h3><p>Refunds will not be issued if:<\/p><ul><li>The client cancels <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled service.<\/li><li>The cleaning team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time.<\/li><li>The client is dissatisfied but does not provide an opportunity for a re-clean.<\/li><li>Any special requests or add-ons were completed as agreed upon.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3>3. Requesting a Refund<\/h3><p>To request a refund, please follow these steps:<\/p><ol><li><strong>Contact us<\/strong> within 24 hours of service completion.<\/li><li>Provide details and supporting evidence (such as photos) if applicable.<\/li><li>Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before a refund is processed.<\/li><\/ol><hr \/><h3>4.
