Service Issues &amp; Quality Guarantee<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li>If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you must notify us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of the service date.<\/li><li>We will first attempt to <strong>rectify the issue<\/strong> by offering a free touch-up or correction service.<\/li><li>If we determine that the service was not delivered as promised and cannot be corrected, a <strong>partial or full refund<\/strong> may be issued at our discretion.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>3. No Refunds for Completed Services<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li>Once a service has been completed to the agreed-upon standards, refunds will <strong>not<\/strong> be issued.<\/li><li>If a customer is unavailable or unresponsive at the time of the scheduled service, it will still be considered as completed, and a refund will <strong>not<\/strong> be granted.<\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>4.
